Welcome Screens

Like its name suggests, this type of widget is a screen that welcomes visitors to your site and appears in the overlay, covering the entire screen. It is impossible for visitors to miss this content.

Creating a Welcome Screen #

Once you have connected your website to Convertful, go to the “Widgets” tab and click on “Create Widget”. You will be taken to our Template Library. Select “Welcome Screens”. We offer they following templates types:

• Welcome Giveaway Contests Screens
• Welcome Discounts Screens
• Follow Coupon Screens
• Simple Subscription Welcome Screens

Hover over the template that you like and a button will appear for you to “Create Welcome Screen”.

You can, of course, create your own welcome screen from scratch. Simply click on “Blank Canvas”.

You can edit the widget, customize it and set the Display Rules to suit your needs. For example, under the “Widget Settings”, you can set the background image, color and opacity.

You can make the welcome screen scrollable by turning on the “Scrollable” button.

You can also set the close button type for the welcome screen or select “None” to remove the close button.
