Pop-Ups

A pop-up is a type of widget that appears in a layer above the content, with or without overlay.

Creating a Pop-up #

Once you have connected your website to Convertful, go to the “Widgets” tab and click on “Create Widget”.

You will be taken to our Template Library. Select “Pop-Up”. We offer the following template types:

• Yes/No Exit Intent Pop-ups
• Segmentation Surveys Pop-ups
• Gamification Pop-ups
• Personalized Return Pop-ups
• Follow Pop-ups
• Welcome Messages & Discounts Scroll Boxes
• Welcome Giveaway Contests Pop-ups
• Cart Abandonment Pop-ups
• Simple Subscription Pop-ups

Hover over the template that you like and a button will appear for you to “Create Pop-Up”.

You can, of course, create your own pop-up from scratch. Simply click on “Blank Canvas”.

You can edit the widget and customize it to suit your needs. For example, under the “Widget Settings”, you can select the size of the pop-up, animation type, background color, background image, overlay color and much more.

Once you are happy with the design of your pop-up, remember to set the Display Rules for when you want the pop-up to be shown to your visitors, for example, when a visitor intends to leave, when time on page is at least a specific amount of time and so on.
