Rating Fields

In the Widget Editor, under the “Form Fields” element, you can add a rating field.

There are two styles to choose from, one using stars, and another based on emojis. 

Simply pick the style that you want and for emojis, you can pick emojis from the available dropdown menu:

You can label each star or emoji and assign a value to each one from within the rating field settings. Note that the first text column is for the text that will be displayed to visitors, and the second column is the value that will be saved for the rating custom field and/or sent to the integrated service on submit.
