Switching Plans

You can switch plans at anytime. To do this, go to your account's billing section, select the relevant plan from the dropdown list and specifying the billing cycle (Monthly vs. Annual). Note, that in case of Annual Billing, we offer huge savings and you will pay less overall per month compared to Monthly Billing.

Refund Requests #

We offer a 14-day refund period on first time opening of Paid Subscription Account and 7-day refund period on rebills. To get a refund, please submit a ticket with the relevant information about your account and our support staff will be in contact.
