Creating Tickets #

Creating a ticket is click simple, just press the relevant link and pick the appropriate ticket type: bug, question, or feature request. If you intend to share any personal data set the ticket as private (checkbox at the bottom) -- this way only you and Convertful support team will see it:

• Forum response time can take up to 36 hours Monday-Friday.
• Support Team checks all new messages from 8:00 to 17:00 only (GMT+0).
• Support Team doesn’t work on Saturday and Sunday.
