Using Convertful with WP Rocket

If you are using Convertful together with caching plugin WP Rocket, you may experience problems with Convertful widgets not displaying on your website. This is likely due to the plugin having cached, changed or even blocked the Convertful script codes.

To rectify this, you need to exclude the ‘Convertful.js’ script from caching and optimization by WP Rocket. To do this:

• Go to WP Rocket's “Advanced Rules”  tab.
• Locate the box “Never cache URL(s)” and paste the URL /Convertful.js into the box.

If you are using WP Rocket for minification as well, you should also exclude the  ‘Convertful.js’ script from minification. To do this:

• Go to WP Rocket “File Optimization”  tab.
• Locate the box “Exclude JavaScript Files” and paste the URL https://app.convertful.com/Convertful.js into the box.
