How to Connect Convertful with Moosend

With Convertful you can easily integrate your account with Moosend and use widgets to grow and segment your. Just follow the guide below to set up Moosend integration and set up relevant actions.

Connecting Integration #

In your site’s Integrations tab, add new integration by choosing Moosend from the list. It will request your Account API Key, which you can find in your Moosend Account section, API Key: 

Fill in the API key and press the Connect button:

Default Settings #

Once Moosend is connected, by default, each widget will automatically add subscribers to your default list which you can choose in the settings: 

Note, that default settings are not mandatory and you can always specify custom list manually for each specific widget while editing its button's actions.

Also, you can choose to mark subscribers by default depending on condition if they've given their consent for adding their email to the list. Just use the relevant switch:

Mapping Custom Fields #

We try to find the most relevant Moosend custom field for every Convertful field automatically. But if you need to fine-tune which fields we should use, you can do this in the integration settings, by editing Custom Fields list:

Actions #

When editing your widget's button, inside its settings you can see “On Submit Actions” / “On Click Actions” which you can use to perform actions provided by Moosend integration: 

• Add contact with default settings
• Add contact to list
• Update custom field

To add an action, just press the On Submit Actions button, the relevant Add Action button after, and choose the action from the integration-related list:
