How to Connect Convertful with JetWebinar

With Convertful you can easily integrate your account with JetWebinar and use widgets to grow contact list. Just follow the guide below to set up JetWebinar integration and set up relevant actions.

Connecting Integration #

In your site’s Integrations tab, add new integration by choosing JetWebinar from the list. It will request your account URL and API key, which you can find in your JetWebinar account settings. Your Account URL you can simply take from the browser's URL once you log in to your JetWebinar:

To find the API key, go to your account's Settings and look for the Private API Key data. You can copy your API key from here:

Fill in the credentials and press the Connect button:

Default Settings #

Once JetWebinar is connected, by default, each widget will automatically add subscribers to your default webinar which you can choose in the settings.

Note, that default settings are not mandatory and you can always specify custom webinar for each specific widget while editing its button's actions.

Actions #

When editing your widget's button, inside its settings you can see “On Submit Actions” / “On Click Actions” which you can use to perform actions provided by JetWebinar integration: 

  • Create subscriber with default settings
  • Update custom field

To add an action, just press the On Submit Actions button, the relevant Add Action button after, and choose the action from the integration-related list:

Supported Fields  #

Note, that JetWebinar only supports the default form fields, that matching its attendees' list data. Supported fields are: 

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Source field -- a field which you can send via 'Update custom field' action using custom field name 'source'.
