Subscribers List

For each site connected to your Convertful account, you can access the built-in subscribers list in the Convertful dashboard under the “Subscribers'' tab. You can adjust and filter the list according to your preference by clicking on “Toggle Columns” and selecting the data you want to be displayed.

Click on the subscriber’s email to view the subscriber’s activity log, which will show the widgets they subscribed to, the page they signed up, submitted details, and where this data was sent. Also, this page contains general collected information about the subscriber, including input fields and accepted agreements, first and last session, location, device, and more.

Storage period #

Convertful store subscribers details only for the period of time you specified in the site's settings.

Exporting Subscribers List #

In your site’s “Subscribers” section, you can download a CSV file with your subscribers’ data. Just press the “Export” button:
