How to Create a Click-To-Call Button?

To add a Click-To-Call button to your widget, follow the steps below. 

1. In the Widget Editor, select the “Button” element and drag and drop it to where you want the Click-to-Call button to appear.
   
   
   
2. In the Button Settings, select “On Submit Action”.
   
   
   
3. Select the action “Go to URL”.
   
   
   
4. Enter in the URL as “tel:” (without the quotation marks) followed by the telephone number with no spaces, dashes or other special characters (except a “+” to indicate the country code). For example if your phone number is 123456789 in London (UK), you would enter the URL as “tel:+4420123456789” as per below image.
   
   

Note:

• We suggest using the full international dialing code with the telephone number to ensure that the call will be placed regardless of where the visitor is located.
• It is best to display the phone number in the button text as well. This provides your phone number to visitors who may not be able to make calls from the device they are using. It also provides transparency so visitors will know what the button will do when it is clicked.
