White Label Email Notifications

In this section, we'll explain how to set up a custom logo for emails and email notifications.

Start with opening your account's Profile >> White Label, and scroll it down to the Emails section.

Custom Logo for Emails #

This option allows you to specify the custom logo, that will replace the default Convertful logo for all emails from your White Label application: 

Password Recovery Email #

This section allows you to customize the subject and text for the password recovery emails for your White Label application. 

Note, that this text should contain three mandatory shortcodes: 

• {domain} -- that will be replaced with your White Label application domain URL,
• {code} -- that generates the confirmation code for password recovery,
• {link} -- that generates the direct link to password reset (including the confirmation code pre-populated).

Email Notifications About New Leads #

You may also activate the relevant switch to apply White Labeling (from field, logo, footer text) for email notifications about new leads. Just turn it on and specify the desired footer text, that will replace the default Convertful text:
